
Competition Information
All entrants must be over 10 years of age at the time of entry.
Entrants are welcome from anywhere in the world.
Entry form, fee and video must be sent to confirm your entry.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your entry.

Flying Pole
Performances may be completed on a stainless steel, chrome, or silicone-coated flying pole. Optional hand loops may also be incorporated into the routine.
Competitors will be judged on technical skill, including the execution of tricks and combinations, as well as creativity, flow, and overall artistic presentation.
Aerial Hoop
Performances can be presented on standard aerial hoop and may incorporate strop work as part of the routine.
Competitors will be judged on technical skill and execution, strength, flexibility, transitions, creativity, and overall artistic performance.
Low Flow Hoop
Performances will be completed on a low aerial hoop, allowing artists to combine aerial technique with floor-based movement and choreography.
Competitors will be judged on technical execution, strength, flexibility, fluid transitions, creativity, and overall artistic presentation.
Aerial Hammock (Single Point)
Performances will be completed on a single-point aerial hammock, showcasing a combination of aerial technique, creativity, and artistic expression.
Competitors will be judged on technical skill, strength, flexibility, fluidity of movement, originality, and overall performance quality. Drops and rolls will be included in the judging criteria.
Categories:
Junior
You can not be a paid performer, instructor, workshop instructor. You must not have won or competed in a professional category. You must be aged 10 -15 at the time of competing. 3.30 Minutes maximum routine for video entry and Live Final.
Amateur
You can not be a paid performer, instructor, workshop instructor. You must not have won a semi pro competition previously or competed in a professional category. 3.30 Minutes maximum routine for video entry and Live Final.
Semi Professional
You can be a paid performer, instructor, workshop instructor. You must not have won a semi pro competition previously or competed in a professional category.

Professional
Entering this you can be a paid performer, instructor, workshop instructor, can have competed in professional competition.
3.30 Minutes maximum routine for video entry and 4 minutes max for Live Final.

Live Final is held on the Sunday 8th November at XPOLE Academy Potters Bar EN36JN
