SKITTLE POLE DANCER  - FLY POLE FUNDAMENTALS£35

Flying Pole Ever tried flying Pole, Skittle is a specialist, learn how to control and fly using the flying pole.  Must invert. This workshop is designed for the fly pole student that is familiar with spins, entries, and exit technique on the fly pole.  In this workshop prepare to explore upright and inverted pole skills on the fly pole.  Pole technique alongside spin and orbit will be explored in this workshop.

Jazzy K - Hypnotic Flowography

In this choreography workshop you learn a flowing routine that emphasizes on snake like movements that are known from Russian heels style combined with interesting edgework. Learn how to use your body to hypnotize and bewitch your audience while flowing from one move into another and improving your musicality. Release your inner sensual witch! Level: Beginner/Intermediate.

Wes Marx - Exotic Elements: Tricks & Transition

For those who LOVE impact and dynamic elements. In this class we're gonna understand the right technique to do knee kips in a lot of different ways, mixing them with dynamic transitions. Always working through progressions starting from the base to more advanced variations.

Requirements: Feel confident dancing in Heels. Mastery inversions, intermediate spins, pull ups, floorwork foundations and upside down base movements.

Equipment: Knee Pads, Heels, Shorts (legs free to hang on the pole)

Justine Mclucas - Lyrical Pole Choreo

Lyrical Pole Choreo: Justine loves to fuse lyrical, balletic and contemporary dance styles with pole, to produce emotive and artistic routines. Learn to use breath and weight in organic fluid movements around, on and connected with the pole in this lyrical choreo workshop. Exploring your connection between flowing movement and the pole. Knee pads recommended. Workshop will be in bare feet. Prereq: Climb and Pole Sit

LISETTE KROLL - Hybrid Static Elements

In this workshop, you will learn her favourite static transitions. Her skilful sequences are full of graceful movement, strength, acrobatics, rotations and interesting elements that can be modified to different levels of ability.

Wes Marx - Low Flow Contemporary Pole

In this no heels class, we're gonna explore a sequence with musicality, floorwork technique and some dynamic and/or acro transitions in the low level of the Pole. Spins, pull ups, and dance steps inspired by modern dance are in the menu. We can also explore different ways to dance the same choreo. Perfect for who wants to be free to flow around the Pole.

Requirements: Mastery pole foundations like basic spins, pull ups and climbs. Also knowledge about floorwork elements like rolls and kloshs.

Equipment: socks, pants, knee pads

Justine Mclucas - Handstands & Handsprings

This workshop starts with handstand drills, shapes and practices to understand how shoulder strength and stability through handstand training, translates to handsprings on the pole. You will learn ways to build strength and focus on correct shoulder engagement to support handsprings (and for the Advanced polers: a path to

deadlifts). We will look at a number of different handpspring grips, preps and entries.

Prereq: Handstand against the wall, inside leg hang, butterfly

Lisette Kroll -Shape Your Spinning

This  workshop is designed to improve your movement and body awareness while using a spinning pole. Learn how to create beautiful shapes, flow and tangle yourself with style and seemingly effortless combos. During this workshop, you will learn interesting entries, dynamic spinning moves and how to incorporate spinning shapes into your pole combinations
